Biography Documentary Due; Biography Article/Photo Series Research

Today in the lab, please complete your biography documentaries. When you have completed your video, please upload the MP4 to YouTube and send me the link in the comment section below.

There are media tool links in the post below if you have questions about how to use Windows Movie Maker. Use them.

If you finish your project before the end of class today, please move on to the next two projects (see posts below!)

HOMEWORK: Please select a subject this weekend and take 5 photographs of your subject doing a variety of things that connect to a theme.

For example, if my theme is "melancholy", I might take 5 different pictures that suggest that mood. Or, I might use a theme about nature and take 5 pictures of my horse doing various things. Or, I might use a theme about death and take pictures of dead things, trash cans, or a squashed squirrel on the pavement, or my theme might be my own self image reflected in 5 different reflective surfaces to depict self reflection...

Remember there are 4 major themes: love, life, nature, and death. Choose one of these themes and think about what issues that might specify your attitude or create a message about the theme. Take 5 pictures that depict this idea.

Bring your pictures to next class so we can arrange them and complete TASK II of the biography project. PART I (the infamous horrible person article) is not due yet, but you will want to research this person.
